Proof of Bigfoot?
I love to hike, explore and be an all around outdoor kind of guy. I moved to the best state in the Union of the United States and I thank God everyday for the opportunity to live in Oregon. Oregon has to be the most beautiful place on Earth and if one day I grow up to be a Yeti then I am in the right place.
I have to admit that one of the book lines that I publish does have to do with UFO's, anomalies and yes even Bigfoot but I am an unbeliever of these things. I like to joke about Bigfoot and enjoy the "idea" that there is a hairy ape guy who hangs out in the woods with nothing better to do then to scare the snot out of people. Yet, I am sad to say, I just do not buy the idea that the creature exists.
This last weekend I was out stumbling through the woods and I grabbed a photo of a bare foot in the snow, I also found a tick or rather the tick found a home on me. To be honest I cannot say that it was not just a print from an animal that melted and made it look like a "human" foot but it is so much more fun to think that the "beast" was out and about. There was a small trail of the prints in the snow but they disappeared into the undergrowth.
I know in my head that the forest beast does not exist but I plan on enjoying the discovery anyways. I really will ignore all the proof that shows the monster does not exist and just like the Star Wars nuts who claim that the movie is a documentary I will allow this small fantasy to exist in my own head.

Almost looks convincing. But where are the rest of the tracks? One footprint does not a yeti make.
ReplyDeleteThere were only about 5 prints and this was the "best" one. Like I said, I really do not believe the tales but these prints made it fun to believe.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure you weren't prancing around barefoot??
ReplyDeleteI believe in the Yeti
ReplyDeleteI saw a bigfoot when camping in Oregon. I live in Washington and never saw one till I visited Oregon.
